Shipping policy
General shipping information
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days on an express service. We ship candles to most countries worldwide - please add your items to cart and enter your address for a comprehensive rate.
Please note if you have ordered a combination of products, your order may arrive in two parts due to the flammable nature of Eau de Parfum.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are dispatched from England.
Processing and shipping times
Orders will be sent within 1-3 business days from your date of purchase.
International shipments
Please note the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email contact@moro-dabron.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Amendments and cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address, or for any other modifications please email us promptly. We cannot amend, change or cancel your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
Lost or damaged shipments
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe & secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to liaise with the carrier, however, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit.
If your order arrives damaged please email contact@moro-dabron.com within 3 days of receiving, with your order number and photographic evidence.
Refund policy
Moro Dabron has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unopened.
Only items purchased on the www.moro-dabron.com website can be returned to Moro Dabron for a refund or an exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorisation number and return shipping address to post the goods back to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted - further to this, items posted back to our registered office address will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back to Moro Dabron. We strongly advise using a tracked and signed service to ensure your items reach us. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your items have been safely received by Moro Dabron.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
